SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY

You may CANCEL a scheduled session and receive a full refund

1) if you decide not to schedule the session you have paid for.

2) up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

You may cancel a scheduled session and receive a refund of 80% of the session price if you cancel within 48 hours prior to your appointment.

 

 SESSION POSTPONEMENT POLICY

You may POSTPONE a scheduled session without incurring extra fees

1) up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

2) if circumstances outside your control prevent your attendance, such as illness, or emergency

You may POSTPONE a scheduled session within 48 hours but will incur an additional fee of 20% of the session price which must be pre-paid when the session is postponed for any other reason than illness or emergency
